AccommodationThe Celtic Manor Resort’s luxurious five star hotel opened in 1999. Each one of its 330 bedrooms are beautifully appointed and decorated, where distinctive design and traditional luxury create a calm and relaxing environment. The selection of luxury suites are individually decorated with picture windows and terraces. Even more indulgent and sumptuous are the two Presidential Suites, one with a baby grand piano. Want to upgrade your room? You can now do this when booking, just select the option you would like. The Hotel is home to The Olive Tree restaurant and Merlins Bar along with the The Forum Health Club and Spa, Forum Café, The Hideaway Club and the Celtic Arcade adjacent to reception, which features designer golf and leisurewear from the likes of Tommy Hilfiger and Greg Norman. Delegates wishing to find out more about the costs of upgrading to a suite can do so by selecting the relevant option when booking in for the conference. Between the 5* resort hotel and the historic 19th century Manor House, the hotel has over 400 rooms available, all of which have been reserved for the IFP for the duration of the conference. There are also a number of nearby hotels. We advise booking early to guarantee your room at the 5* resort hotel and to take advantage of the early booking discounts available. Rooms are reserved at both hotels at preferential rates for delegates and may only be booked through the IFP, not directly with the hotel. Twin, single and double rooms are available.
Significant savings are available for delegates sharing accommodation. These are generous sized, comfortable twin/double rooms as would be expected from hotels of their standard. Accommodation will be on a first come first served basis and, as it has done for the past two years, will undoubtedly sell out. We therefore recommend you book early if you wish to stay on site. BOOKING ADDITIONAL NIGHTS' ACCOMMODATIONIf you would like to book pre/post conference accommodation, you will need to do so directly with the Celtic Manor Resort. The nights of the 20 and 21 September can only be booked via the conference packages. Please download the booking form below and return it to the Celtic Manor to secure your booking: PLEASE NOTE: This booking form cannot be used to book accommodation on the 20 or 21 September, this can only be booked via the conference packages. If you require any further clarification please email conference@financialplanning.org.uk.
