The Business Transition Process [ends 12:00] |
|
Brett Davidson Chief Executive, FP Advance |

Outline
If you are transitioning your business to a recurring income, client centric model there are some key steps you have to take. But the order in which you do these steps will have a significant impact on your success. Come and find out how to break your transition work into smaller steps that are easier to work on to improve your progress.
The session will focus on the fundamental issues you must get right but will be as much about how to attack the task rather than the tasks themselves.
Who is this session for?
The workshop has been designed for business owners who are part way through the transition process but are looking for ways to get to the end more quickly. This will not be an advanced session for those already successfully transitioned, although everyone is welcome as usual.
