Conference 2009 - Day 1 Conference 2009 - Day 2 Conference 2009 - Day 3 Delegate feedback Following the highly successful IFP Annual Conference at the start of October, we've had a great response to the post event survey. Over 55% of you took the time to let us know your views and give us your feedback on the event which is very much appreciated. Overall your feedback was extremely positive indeed, with 93% of you reporting that the event met your expectations and over 98% of you saying you would recommend the conference to others. In summary, you liked the choice of sessions via the track programme and also the new features this year - like the optional workshops on Day 1. In terms of speaker highlights, BJ Cunningham received some of the best speaker feedback we've ever had - you really did rate him! Other speakers that were notable for the very positive feedback they received were Mark Tibergien on Elite Practices, Bob Perry on NLP, Tim Noonan from Russell Investments on the habits of ineffective advisers, Steve Lloyd on Personal and Team effectiveness, and John Neal on Mentally Athletic Development. Christopher Butler and Richard Hogwood's session on the Judge's Perspective also met with your approval with lots of added value gained from this rather different topic! Your comments too gave us plenty of things to think about for next year - for the programme, the format the venue and the duration of the event. There's a huge amount of work that goes into preparing conference so that it meets your needs and helps you to operate as effectively as you possibly can. The more guidance we have from you in terms of what you want then the more valuable the experience will be for delegates overall. Of course, we get conflicting feedback sometimes, as people's opinions, likes and dislikes will vary. However, we really value what you tell us and we will be using it to help us build an even better event for you for 2010. From what you told us this year, that's going to be quite a challenge!
