Michelle Mone Founder & Co-owner, MJM International

Leaving school at 15, Michelle showed a tenacity and hunger for success in business. In 1996, MJM International Ltd was set up by Michelle and her husband. Becoming highly successful, initially as a result of creating and then successfully marketing the ‘Ultimo’ bra, MJM is renowned for quality brands and excellent design. Michelle has won a number of awards for her business acumen, including the coveted ‘World Young Business Achiever’ award, ‘Business Woman of the Year’ and the Sunday Mail ‘Great Scot of the Year Business Award’. She has recently joined the board of directors for the Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust.
